Pricing and common questions

Pricing is based on how much space your items take up in the truck, from a single item up to a full load, plus any heavy or specialty items like hot tubs or pianos. Labor, loading, hauling and disposal are included. Text us a few photos and we'll give you a price range the same day, then confirm a firm price on site before we start.

It depends on the size of the home and how full it is. A cleared garage and a packed four-bedroom house are very different jobs. We do free walkthroughs for full cleanouts and give you a written, flat price.

Estate sales are typically paid from the sale proceeds rather than out of pocket. We'll walk you through our terms at the free consultation, and you'll get an itemized settlement when the sale is done.

Most jobs are scheduled within the same week, and we can often do next-day pickups. Full estate sales usually take one to three weeks from walkthrough to sale day.

Not always. For many pickups you can leave items outside or give us access, and pay by card over the phone. For full cleanouts we'll usually walk through with you or your representative first.

We donate usable furniture and household goods, recycle metal and electronics, and dispose of the rest properly. Landfill is the last stop, not the first.

Yes. Basements, attics, upstairs bedrooms and backyards. You don't need to carry anything to the curb.

Hazardous materials like paint, chemicals, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos and medical waste. Your town's hazardous waste collection day handles those.

Yes. We regularly handle tenant turnovers, eviction cleanouts, pre-listing cleanouts and estate work for property managers, agents, executors and probate attorneys.

Yes. We handle local moves, loading and unloading help, and downsizing moves. Because we also do junk removal, anything you decide not to take can be hauled away the same day instead of paying to move it.
